Workshop from 1-3pm

 

We welcome you to join us for a workshop on miso, a complex flavor paste that will enhance everything from savory sauces to your favorite cookie. Guests will learn a variety of delicious techniques way beyond the familiar miso soup. This will include herb compound butter (or cheese spread), peanut butter, quick pickles and caramel sauce. On top of that, you will make your own miso with fresh koji to take home with you. Drinks and snacks inspired by the elements of the class will be served.
