The Artemis table supper club was born out of a necessity to pay closer attention to what we eat and how that affects the body. Through talking and cooking for a number of people and events the realization of the growing need for this approach to cooking has become more and more relevant. What we ingest is our greatest trigger to some of our most common ailments. The intention of this supper club is to educate and share new ways of preparing foods throughout each season using local produce and an acute awareness to the sourcing of our fish and meat to excite the palette while paying attention to wellness. Join us once a month and feel the difference.

Please note this menu is not nut free.

 

There will be a wine pairing with Sommelier Jan Heinold as well!

 

Agni Menu

A transformative menu to reinvigorate mind body and soul. Agni in Vedic literature was a major God representing fire, lightning and sun. We use this word more metaphorically now to represent all transformative energy and knowledge. In diet energy, metabolism, complexion, strength, luster and vital breath are all dependent on Agni. The combination of certain foods produce the Agni necessary for the attainment of optimum digestion and therefore wellness, this is Ayurvedic attention to diet.
