Built in 1765, the Powel House is one of Society Hill's premier historic landmarks, a Georgian-style home that now serves as a museum dedicated to Colonian Revivalism. It's also available for private events where guests can mingle in the same space where the Powel family once played host to the likes of George Washington, Benjamin Franklin and John Adams.
